Common questions
Can a developer join our existing team?
Yes, that is the most common setup. The developer works with your tools, code reviews and sprint rhythm, and reports to your team lead.
Do you have developers for older code, not only new projects?
Yes. We place developers with years of experience maintaining and modernising existing Java, .NET and Drupal systems, which is often where the real work is.
How quickly can a developer start?
We send shortlisted, technically pre-screened profiles of developers who are available now, usually within days. The start date then depends on your interviews and, for permanent hires, the developer's notice period.
Do your developers work remotely?
Many do, fully or hybrid. Some clients, such as international organisations, need developers on site. We agree the setup before we propose anyone.
Can we hire the developer permanently later?
Yes. That can be agreed in the contract from the start, so everyone knows the terms.
How do you charge?
No cure, no pay. There is no retainer, no upfront cost and no exclusivity. For a permanent hire you pay a one-time fee only when the developer starts. Contractors are invoiced at an agreed daily or monthly rate.
