We place S/4HANA functional consultants, ABAP and Fiori developers, SAP BTP integration specialists and SAP GRC consultants, on assignment, as a team extension or as a permanent hire, for migrations from ECC and for running SAP landscapes.
The 2027 deadline is closer than your project plan
SAP ends mainstream maintenance for SAP ECC 6.0 on 31 December 2027. Extended maintenance runs to 2030, at extra cost. Most companies have a migration plan. Fewer have the people to carry it out: experienced S/4HANA consultants are booked months ahead, and the good ABAP developers are already on someone else's project.
That's where we come in. We find SAP consultants who have done a migration before, not people who have only read about one. They know the difference between a greenfield and a brownfield move, they've sat through cutover weekends, and they can explain to your business users why their favourite transaction looks different now.
The move is also a chance to clean up. Consultants who work to SAP's clean core principles keep custom code outside the core, so the next upgrade isn't another project.

Common questions
When does SAP ECC support end?
Mainstream maintenance for SAP ECC 6.0 ends on 31 December 2027. SAP offers extended maintenance until the end of 2030 at extra cost, so most companies plan to be on S/4HANA before then.
Can you provide a single SAP consultant, or only full teams?
Both. Many clients start with one specialist to fill a gap, such as a senior ABAP developer, and add people as the project grows.
Do your consultants work remotely?
Many SAP roles today are hybrid or fully remote across Europe. Cutover and go-live usually need people on site. We agree the setup with you before we propose anyone.
Do you only help with S/4HANA migrations?
No. We also place consultants for running SAP landscapes: support, enhancements, GRC and integration work on BTP.
Greenfield or brownfield: which is right for us?
It depends on how much of your current process and custom code you want to keep. Our consultants have done both and can help you weigh it, but the decision is yours, ideally after a short assessment.
How do you charge?
No cure, no pay. There is no retainer, no upfront cost and no exclusivity. For a permanent hire you pay a one-time fee only when the consultant starts. Contractors are invoiced at an agreed daily or monthly rate.
