When the cloud bill grows faster than the platform
Moving to the cloud was supposed to make things simpler. For many teams it just made them different: more services, more pipelines, a monthly bill that is hard to explain, and one engineer who is the only person who really understands how deployments work.
Good cloud and DevOps engineers fix that quietly. They put infrastructure in code so environments can be rebuilt, automate the deployments people still do by hand, tighten monitoring and cost control, and write things down so the knowledge doesn't sit in one head.
There is also more pressure from outside. European rules such as NIS2 and, in financial services, DORA expect companies to show that their platforms are secure, resilient and recoverable. That work lands on the same engineers.

Common questions
Do you have engineers for Azure or for AWS?
Both. Tell us which cloud you run on, or plan to, and we propose engineers with hands-on experience on that platform. Many have worked with both.
Can you help us move applications to the cloud?
Yes. We can place engineers in your team for the migration, or put together a small team that delivers an agreed part of it.
Can a DevOps engineer improve our existing pipelines?
Yes. A lot of DevOps work is making what already exists faster, safer and better documented, not starting from scratch.
Can your engineers help us meet NIS2 or DORA requirements?
They can do the technical part: backup and recovery, access control, logging and monitoring, and documenting how the platform is run. Legal interpretation stays with your compliance team.
Do your engineers hold cloud certifications?
Most of the cloud engineers we place hold Microsoft Azure or AWS certifications, and we check them before proposing anyone.
How do you charge?
No cure, no pay. There is no retainer, no upfront cost and no exclusivity. For a permanent hire you pay a one-time fee only when the engineer starts. Contractors are invoiced at an agreed daily or monthly rate.
