ServiceNow, Salesforce and the Microsoft Power Platform can change how a company works. Often they don't. The licences are paid, the go-live happened, and a year later half the teams still work around the system in email and spreadsheets.
The difference is usually the people who configure it. Good consultants understand the business process first and the platform second. They keep customisation under control so upgrades don't become projects of their own, and they know when the standard way is the better way.

Do you have consultants for ServiceNow Now Assist?
Yes. We place ServiceNow specialists who work with Now Assist and the platform's generative AI features, alongside ITSM and workflow work.
Can you help with a ServiceNow or Salesforce upgrade?
Yes. Upgrades go much faster with someone who knows where customisations usually break, and we can add that person to your team for the duration.
Do your ServiceNow consultants hold certifications?
Most hold the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator credential, and many hold Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications. We check them before proposing anyone.
Do you have Power Platform consultants who can set up governance?

How do you charge?
No cure, no pay. There is no retainer, no upfront cost and no exclusivity. For a permanent hire you pay a one-time fee only when the consultant starts. Contractors are invoiced at an agreed daily or monthly rate.
