From a promising AI demo to something people use
Almost every company has tried something with AI by now: a chatbot pilot, a forecasting model, a proof of concept that impressed in the meeting room. Far fewer have it running in production, used every day, on data they trust.
The gap is rarely the model. It is the data underneath: scattered over systems, defined differently in every department, and reported in dashboards nobody quite believes. AI built on that foundation stays a demo.
In Europe there is a second test. The EU AI Act and GDPR expect you to know what data a system uses, how it reaches its answers and who oversees it. Consultants who build with that in mind save you a rebuild later.
We place people for both layers. Data engineers build reliable pipelines and platforms, BI developers turn them into reports people act on, and ML and LLM specialists take a use case from experiment to production.

Common questions
Do you have consultants for generative AI and LLM projects?
Yes. We place specialists who build LLM-based assistants, document processing and AI features, and who know how to take them beyond the pilot stage.
Do we need to fix our data before we start with AI?
Usually some of it, yes. Many clients start with a data engineer or BI developer to get the foundation right, then add AI specialists once the data is reliable.
Do your consultants work with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI?
Yes. We place data engineers and BI developers who work with Fabric, Power BI and SQL every day, and with Databricks or Snowflake where that is your platform.
Do you still place big data engineers for Spark and Hadoop?
Yes. Most big data work has moved to Spark on cloud platforms such as Databricks and Fabric. We place engineers for that, and for migrations from older Hadoop clusters.
Can your consultants help with the EU AI Act?
They can build AI systems with the documentation, logging and human oversight the Act asks for. Deciding how the Act applies to you stays with your legal or compliance team.
How do you charge?
No cure, no pay. There is no retainer, no upfront cost and no exclusivity. For a permanent hire you pay a one-time fee only when the consultant starts. Contractors are invoiced at an agreed daily or monthly rate.
